COMES NOW THE Petitioner, pursuant to Florida Statute 766.104(2), and petitions the Clerk of the Court for a 90-day extension of the Statute of Limitations, set forth in Florida Statute 95.11, to allow the reasonable investigation of a medical malpractice claim as required by Florida Statute 766.104 alleges:

1. A 90-day extension at this time is necessary to obtain sufficient information to establish liability among several possible defendants.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests the automatic 90-day extension of time authorized by Florida Statute 766.104(2).
